Here we go~!! My 2 days 1 night short trip :)

It would be a long story if i write every single things...so i better skip it and write some interesting things :)

First of all, my "home" in Singapore:
Siloso Beach Resort, Sentosa~ :)
Out of my expectation, the room is extremely big!!
Looking through the window is the Sentosa Beach~

After a short rest, we went out to find some foods to fill our hungry stomach...
This was my second times here~

hehe~ we took "skyride" to have our dinner in other area :p
And, we went to ticket center to purchase ticket of "Song of the sea"

Really crowded.........!!
We just simply had our dinner >.<

I saw the Merlion in Sentosa park~

At night, we went to watch "Song of the Sea", a show that contained water jets, flame bursts, lasers and captivating music!

Water jets!
too bad the laser cannot be taken by my stupid camera >.<

After the show, we went to Mcdonald had our supper. I found that there is no Cornetto Mcflurry in Singapore and their chili sauce is garlic flavour one!gosh >.<

NEW YEAR EVE!!

Wake up in the early morning... start to do last minute work... because old people said, New Year Day cannot do heavy work, or housework so that life will get better in a new year.. i wonder whether it is true or not...anyways.. i just do whatever my mum said ;p
Washing floor in the yard is the toughest thing in the world >.<. Luckily my brother and I manage to complete our task before reunion dinner :D

My reunion dinner just a simple meal cooked by my mummy. I like the feeling when sitting around the table and having meal with family. I feel so warm~ <3
After reunion dinner, we start to prepare for praying. Every first day of the first month in the traditional Chinese calendar, we will pray to Ti Gong (Jade Emperor) to wish all the family members are healthy and safe. Thus, Chinese New Year we also have to pray to Ti Gong.

Foods that used for praying Ti Gong

My mum and sis :)

Even my doggie also prepare to celebrate Chinese New Year..hehe xD

COUNTDOWN TO CHINESE NEW YEAR!!

The day before New Year Eve!

Tired....busy for cleaning my sweet home with my family.
Maybe i seldom do exercise, after some housework i already exhausted :( ..
Every Chinese New Year, we will decorate our house to celebrate this festival with red lantern or red light as red color is considered auspicious in Chinese culture. Besides that, red color also symbolizes good fortune and joy. So, here is the decoration of my house:

Red, Red, Red in the yard....

Bamboo shoots which mean wealth and new start.

Simple decoration in living room :)

CHINESE NEW YEAR MOOD IS ON!! :D

An Awesome Night

Yuhooooo!! Chinese New Year is around the corner : )
Just finished up two 'quiz' ~ Finally I have time to come here to share my feeling : D

Firstly, my "second family" and I had celebrated CNY around one week before the exact CNY day!! It was awesome when we stayed together... Here is our family photo:

13 of us !! <3
It is a long story to tell about my family background. So, I better skip it by now xD...

Back to the topic, my reunion dinner!! Ristretto Cafe, which located in Mont Kiara, was the place we had chosen to have our reunion dinner for this year. This was my first time to have Brazillian BBQ meal. Extremely excited!!
Unique Brazillian meal !! The waiter cut the BBQ meat just  in front  of us !

Another interesting thing:
They "burned" the meat with fire!!!
There were various types of meats served in Ristretto Cafe such as beef, chicken and lamb. I enjoyed this meal very much! Lastly, we ended this meal by:

YEE SANG!!
Yee Sang as known as Prosperity Toss, is a "MUST" dishes in chinese new year which has a meaning of  "abundance of wealth and long life". By tossing up the ingredients, it implies the rising of the good fortune. Normally, we will shout: HUAT AR!! (means prosperity) or a lot of blessing words along this action to hope everything will turn better and better in a new year!

This meal cost me RM 60.. but, a delicious meal was really deserving of a high price *teehee* :D
